Will they or won't they????

I was told that "IF" the director of my agency was in this week and "IF" she was able to sign off on our home study that it would be mailed out TODAY. Our agency has been really great and the process has gone smoothly and quickly so far. So, what do you think... is it in the mail??? This is the final step. Once our home study is mailed we will officially be waiting for "the call". PLEASE SAY IT'S IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
